Walk and Talk Therapy

There are so many benefits to walking in nature and it complements therapy wonderfully. We can walk in the lovely shaded neighborhoods of Amelia Park, which is close by our main office.

In-Home Therapy

The convenience of professional services right at home. There are times in life when it isn't easy to travel to an office and teletherapy doesn't feel like the right fit, so I can come directly to you if you reside in central Yulee or Fernandina Beach.

In Office Therapy

Traditional therapy and counseling in our downtown Amelia Island office. The office is a spacious, comfortable, and welcoming space.

Teletherapy

Teletherapy is an excellent option for its convenience and accessibility. I offer services via a HIPAA-secure platform that can easily be accessed on a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop.
